Buchla Music Easel
After a break, which was used for a search for new options, the decision for a Buchla Music Easel was made. It is a beautiful and well sounding musical instrument. But it is only ONE instrument and also the addition of a second 208r and portabellabz hub with various cards forced the use of a looper or multitrack recording.
The idea to extend the Easel with additional Buchla modules was rejected because, regardless of the beauty of the Buchla sound, it would remain with the Buchla sound. (Not to mention – the immense purchase price)
The Buchla Music Easel also had to go.

Down the rabbit hole…
Into the world of Eurorack-Modular.
It became a long way of trying and learning. When the overview became clear, something new, better, with new possibilities appeared.
The realization – there could always be too little space in the rack – brought the conclusion that the way can not always be the goal…
It is about the goal, the moment in which creativity wants to manifest itself – it is about giving this creativity the necessary space and possibilities without getting lost in it.
